SoundBreak respects the intellectual property rights of artists, creators, and copyright holders. If you believe content on SoundBreak infringes your copyright, you may request its removal under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If your content was removed and you believe this was an error, you may file a counter-notice. We will restore the content unless the original claimant files a legal action within 10 business days.

SoundBreak may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly upload or generate content that violates copyright law.

New Artist Profile

Create a new artist profile for music distribution. Once you submit a track under an artist profile, you cannot change the artist profile details.

Artist Name

Keep it clean. Max character limit of 50. Please refrain from using using the AI Artist's name as part of your artist name. Can't be changed once a track is distributed.
